PRP Facial

If you feel that your facial skin has lost its plump, youthful glow, PRP therapy is a non-surgical treatment that brightens the skin and reduces the signs of aging. This is a combination of microneedling followed by the application of PRP directly onto the face while the channels are open, allowing the PRP to be digested into the skin at an optimal rate. This treatment includes a blood draw to collect platelet-rich plasma, performed by a licensed phlebotomist. The plasma is then placed in a centrifuge to separate the platelets being used during the treatment.
Please note: You should be in good health to consider this treatment. This includes the consideration of a history of blood clots and stopping blood-thinning medications such as anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs at least 2 weeks before PRP therapy as these medications may affect the platelet concentration and release of growth factors which can lessen the efficacy of the treatment.
