Time of Appointment Policy:

We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur, but please be aware that a delay in your arrival may result in a shorter treatment time. We will do our best to complete your scheduled treatment within the remaining time, however, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply. Please refer to the Cancellation/No Show Policy section below for further details.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

To value the service providers' time and ensure prompt appointments for all our clients. We enforce a 24-hour cancellation/no-show policy, intended to maintain the quality of our services. If you cancel or miss an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a $50 fee will be automatically charged to your stored credit card.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available for services rendered. While we strive to achieve the desired results, aesthetic outcomes may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any extra treatments needed to attain the desired results.
