Time of Appointment Policy:
We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur, please be aware a delay in your arrival may result in a shorter treatment time. We will do our best to complete your scheduled treatment within the remaining time, however, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
To value the service providers' time and ensure prompt appointments for all our clients, there is a 24-hour cancellation/no-show policy, intended to maintain the quality of our services. If you cancel or miss an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the amount of the booked service(s) will be charged to the card on file. This fee must be paid to book future services. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available for services rendered. While we strive to achieve the desired results, aesthetic outcomes may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any extra treatments needed to attain the desired results.
